As an affiliate of Archer Review, you are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Disclosure of Affiliate Relationship: All affiliates must clearly disclose their working relationship with Archer Review to their audience. This includes, but is not limited to, any promotions, reviews, or endorsements of Archer Review products or services.

Proper post tagging is mandatory. Affiliates must use clear and conspicuous disclosures, such as #affiliate, #ArcherReviewPartner, or similar tags, in all social media posts, blog articles, and other promotional content.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding advertising and marketing, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

Transparency and Honesty: Affiliates must provide honest and accurate information about Archer Review products and services. Misleading claims, false representations, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

Content Standards: All content created and shared by affiliates must uphold the reputation and integrity of Archer Review. This includes maintaining professionalism, avoiding offensive or inappropriate content, and ensuring all information shared is factual and supportive of Archer Review's mission and values.

Monitoring and Enforcement: Archer Review reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

Payouts: Payments will be made to your selected payment method quarterly.

By signing up as an affiliate, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate status.
